Arc Calendar

The Arc Calendar is a promotional item produced for the Yupo Corporation, the manufacturer of Yupo synthetic paper. YUPO® has water resistance and strength not found in paper but can be printed and processed like paper. This calendar expresses both the potential and the attraction of YUPO®. Made from a single sheet, it is folded and assembled into a three-dimensional visual object with foreground, middle distance, and background in arc form. This item originated out of the client’s desire to create a promotional item that is at the same time a heartfelt gift that brings the recipient joy.

Etsy Annual Report

This annual report is a student work for publication class at Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg, USA. Goal was to create artistic annual report that will keep one reading it from cover to cover. Booklet has 24 pages, in color. Informational and entertaining at the same time. There are total of 9 images used and over 100 of drawings that are creating the feeling of an artistic booklet that breaks out of standard form of annual report design. Some of the data is collected from a "2013 Etsy Progress Report" that is available publicly, and some of the data is fictional.

Dicecal

The Dicecal is a 12-sided 3D calendar with an extra feature: you can also use it as multiple role-playing dice. The decorative and creative design comes very handy to everyone who, like most gamers, are often in need of various dice. Each side shows not only a month of the year with the days but also a result of a roll using a 2-3-4-6-12 sided die as well.

Bambook

In a new age of digital-books, this book offers a neat analogue take on scrolling through a flowing roll of texts. With a stunning array of 225 bamboo strips measuring 4.35m long, interpretations are given to images that have been archived from three century-old temples in Singapore, as they are given symbolic readings. As a limited-editioned collection, it is designed in the form of ancient Chinese scrolls to elicit the vibes of cultural imageries, as might have been similar visceral experiences felt then, in rituals of reading and pursuits of all things cultural and meaningfully endearing.

Sizes

The inspiration was found watching a video named “Stars sizes comparison” that shows the huge difference between the sun and the biggest star of the universe. 5 categories were chosen and a fun description was added for each one: "bangers" with a power explanation; "Bullets" with a list of weapons; "Penises" with some details; "Japanese robots" with their signature moves and "Tobacco" with a fun time spending explanation. The mix between the infographic and the isometric style has inspired the typography and the packagings.

This brochure is intended to invoke adventurous spirits of those who enjoy outdoor sports and to entice them into the world of “serious” outdoor sports that gives them the kind of pleasure they have never experienced in their life.
