Yudong CUN
Yudong CUN is a mascot design created for Yudong village, a farmers' painting village in China. The mascot is based on the fish figure that is characteristic of the village. The fish is drawn as a simple cartoon character and is combined with local farmers' painting motifs and with the flag symbols of countries around the world. The result is a colorful set of images that joins local culture with an international visual style. The mascot has no fixed size and can be produced as a static or animated graphic.
Yudong CUN Logo and Brand Design by Lingguang Chen has been featured as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Yudong CUN Logo and Brand Design received the Iron A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2021.
