CRCRTA
Crcrta is a corporate identity designed for the Chinese Research Centre for Radio and TV Art, a government department. The logo combines graphics and text. The colour scheme uses the three primary colours of television, red, green and blue. A camera symbol is formed by three geometric shapes. Two rectangles refer to filters and paper used in the radio and television industry. The triangle refers to a lens or a speaker. The letters CRCRTA pass through the graphic from left to right to express the idea of communication. The identity has no fixed size and can be scaled to suit different media.
CRCRTA Corporate Identity by Chen Zilong was featured as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. CRCRTA Corporate Identity earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2022. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that recognizes excellent design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
