Dreams
Dreams is a conceptual deck of playing cards that explores the relationship between architecture and art through visual narratives. Each card presents a creative figure and shows how imagination moves across disciplines. The deck is intended for play, learning and display. The first edition features Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Rene Magritte and Salvador Dali, combining modernist architecture with surrealist art. The 52 cards are offset printed on 300 gsm carbon core paper and individually die cut. The box is made of rigid cardboard wrapped in textured paper.
Dreams Playing Cards by Studioefs was recognized as an innovative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Dreams Playing Cards was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2026. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program that recognizes excellent design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
