Cosmos Datong

The design team combed through the historical lineage of the ancient city of Datong, and through four sets of thematic illustrations showed the historical features of the city in different periods, which were eventually applied to the product packaging design and derivative materials. The combination of local folk style illustrations and oriental aesthetics of new Chinese style, blended with the traditional color palette of Shanxi shadow art, creates a strong impression of Datong.

GHTK Rebrand

The transformation of GHTK's brand design authentically represents Vietnamese traffic and culture. Inspired by motorcycle wheels and alley maps, the redesigned logotype and Confident Smile icon convey joy and assurance through digital integration. Animated typography reflects the dynamic energy of Vietnam's urban landscapes, aiming to resonate with local audiences in the digital era. This innovative approach balances heritage with modernization, capturing the essence of Vietnam's vibrant urban life.

Biblioteche di Roma

A new brand and a new identity for Istituzione Sistema Biblioteche di Roma to reflect the open and accessible essence of Rome's public libraries network. In this new identity the book, already familiar from the historic logo represented by a closed book resting on its side, it is now an open book, a symbol of accessibility. The identity of Biblioteche, in all its applications, is linked to the presence of the institutional brand Roma Culture of the Department for Cultural Growth of the Municipality of Rome which is a stakeholder in Biblioteche system.

Before the Midnight Hour

A series of black and white illustrations commissioned by Marc Krusin and featuring his most prominent furniture designs for Knoll and Desalto. Inspired by comics and noir cinema, the project breaks the conventions of furniture illustration by bringing narrative to the scenes, use of exaggerated perspective and a moody noir aesthetic. The lack of human presence and scattered objects add an element of mystery and suspense to the story, while the protagonist is revealed in a surprise ending. All images were drawn digitally in Adobe Photoshop using Wacom Cintiq tablet.

SAMSA

These artworks are part of the collection Neglect, photographed specimens of animals, most of which are extinct or critically endangered. The photographer wants to show a little bit of the sometimes bizarre beauty of the insects, so that the viewer might see them with different eyes. Because insect extinction is very real and not a made-up story. The series was produced with help and assistance of the Senckenberg German Entomological Institute.

Olympic Sun

A fully illustrated book about a trip to the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2021. Where a young boy, and his mother, visit the arena and fall in love with the variety of sports it offers and is blown away by all the inspirational athletic performances. At the end of the event, he leaves with happy memories and lessons that will help guide him to a better future full of achievements and put him on the path to success. The book features some of the most memorable athletes in the history of the Olympic games, using vibrant and dynamic illustrations in a playful and eye-candy coloring style.
